It was reported that Jerry R. Chartlier, a Life Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2143 "Bill Collins Memorial", passed to be with his Lord and savior while living in Oregan. No further details were mentioned. Unfortunately, we do not have his, rank, nor branch of service.
VFW POST 2143 "Bill Collins Memorial" extends their condolences to his family and friends.
Until we meet again on Fiddler's Green. R.I.P. comrade.
